A delightful surprise at breakfast

Our stay at Grand Sunrise Palace was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Suly, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, featuring a diverse selection of both local and international dishes. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome cakes and the complimentary bike rentals that allowed us to explore the picturesque rice paddies. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, making our evenings quite cozy.

However, the hotel is a bit distant from Hoi An's old town, which required a 10-15 minute bike ride that felt somewhat unsafe at times. Additionally, some of the bikes provided weren't in great condition, as I had to swap out two during our stay to find one that worked properly.

I encountered significant issues during my stay at the Grand Sunrise Palace. The distance from Hoi An's attractions was daunting, and it felt unsafe riding the provided bikes, which were in disrepair. Additionally, despite the staff being friendly, I felt overwhelmed by the lack of lively atmosphere at the bar and the absence of umbrellas by the pool, making it difficult to enjoy.

The breakfast was a real treat with all kinds of goodies, even a fresh fruit station. Staff like Kathy were so helpful, always smiling and full of great tips. The pool view was something to behold, felt like heaven just lounging there!

The breakfast was really diverse, with options changing every day! Plus, the spa services were fantastic, making it the perfect way to unwind. Everyone on the staff was super attentive! really felt like VIPs.

The spacious room was delightful, and the breakfast spread was perhaps the best we've had in Vietnam. We fully enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool and indulging in a full body massage at the spa. It would’ve been nice to be a touch closer to the old town, but getting around was a breeze with the Grab app! 😊

The staff's attentiveness, particularly from Nancy, truly set this place apart. The breakfast selection included delightful homemade jams, adding a personal touch to the dining experience. However, the distance from key attractions required reliance on shuttles or other transport options, which could be a bit inconvenient at times. Although the pools were beautiful, some guests may find them crowded during peak hours.

grand sunrise palace was a delight! the staff's hospitality was amazing, especially from kathy at reception. the location was perfect, close to the river and shops, and the free shuttle bus made it easy to get around. we also loved the relaxing spa services provided by tina and cam.

Highly recommended for families seeking luxury

I had an very nice experience at the hotel! The breakfast spread was excellent, with so many options that you could start your day like royalty! The best part? I had a room with two balconies and a bath. It felt like a dream!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the luxury and service provided, it was still acceptable.
